Weather Related Conditions Cancellations
Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. If your scheduled charter is canceled due to inclement weather, we offer two options:
Full Refund:
You will recieve a complete refund of your booking.
Reschedule:
You can choose to reschedule your charter for a different day.
Our team will work closely with you to accommodate your preferences and ensure you have an unforgettable experience on a better day.
Standard Cancellation Policy
For cancellations initiated by the customer, the follow terms apply:
48 Hours or More Before Charter
You will recieve a complete refund of your booking.
Less than 48 hours before the charter:
You will receive a 50% refund.
This policy ensures fairness and allows us to manage scheduling effectively for all our guests.
